Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after mutual confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, or website communication. Prices and quantities are finalized at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted only before order processing begins. Once cleaning, cutting, or packing has started, cancellations may not be possible
Delivery Policy
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons. Delays beyond our control do not qualify for compensation.
Weight & Cleaning Disclaimer
Final weight may reduce after cleaning and cutting due to removal of waste such as scales, skin, and bones. This is a normal and unavoidable process..
No Return / No Exchange
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fish and seafood, returns or exchanges are not accepted once delivered, except in case of verified quality issues at the time of delivery.

Prices are based on daily market rates and may change without prior notice. Displayed prices are indicative unless confirmed during order placement.

Customer information such as name, phone number, and address is used only for order processing and delivery. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except where legally required.
Bulk Enquiries & Wholesale
Bulk and wholesale enquiries are welcome for restaurants, events, and regular buyers. Availability, pricing, and delivery terms depend on market conditions and advance confirmation.
Communication Consent
By contacting us or placing an order, customers consent to receive order-related communication via call or WhatsApp. We do not send promotional messages without consent.
